This is car for my 16 year old newly licensed daughters. As a car enthusiast and previous owner of several Mercedes & Audi vehicles, safety and performance are vital. But I thought Volvo would be too expensive. The salesman, Philip Berenbaum, and the Sales Manager, Glen Garland, totally won my business. Their professionalism, class, candor, product knowledge and their earnest efforts to get me a workable price were the keys in this sale. Best experience in 20 years.

I received a prompt response to all my emails, within minutes. I was called the very next day to see how I was enjoying my car. Everyone in the dealership came over to greet me and talk to me for a few moments. This was my first car purchase and I have heard so many horror stories over the years. My dealer, the Finance Department, and the trade-in appraiser all thoroughly discussed issues, explained the situation, and took my comments into account.

Everybody was really nice and honest. We only got the car because of the nice people, as it was not our first choice. Lev Bayer is great and honest. We love our new Volvo. We'll definitely be back for our next car.
